2.1 For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, ji99 (operating at ji99.asia) is the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data of registered Players and website visitors.
2.2 As the Personal Information Controller, ji99 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with the data subject rights provisions of Republic Act No. 10173.
2.3 Ji99 has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws. The DPO's contact information is provided in Section 16 of this Policy.
Ji99 collects the following categories of personal data about registered Players and platform visitors. The specific data collected depends on the nature of your interaction with the Platform.
3.1 Ji99 does not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under Section 3(l) of RA 10173) beyond what is strictly required for legal compliance purposes, such as age and identity verification required under Philippine gambling regulations and AML obligations.
Ji99 collects personal data through the following means:
Data you provide directly to ji99 during: Account registration (name, date of birth, email, mobile number); KYC verification (government ID upload, selfie); Deposit and withdrawal requests (GCash number, bank details, crypto wallet address); Contact with customer support (live chat, email); Completion of responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion requests; Participation in promotions or surveys.
Data collected automatically during your use of the Platform: Server logs capturing IP address, timestamps, and pages visited; Cookies and similar tracking technologies placed on your browser or device (see Section 10 for full details); Session management data required to maintain your logged-in state; Device fingerprinting data used for fraud prevention and account security.

7.1 Ji99 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your personal data only in the circumstances described in this Section.
Ji99 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors under contracts that require them to protect your data in accordance with applicable Philippine law. These providers include: payment processors (GCash, Maya, banks); identity verification and KYC service providers; game technology providers; cloud infrastructure and hosting providers; fraud detection and cybersecurity services; customer support platform providers; email and communication service providers. All processors are required to process your data solely for the purposes ji99 has specified and in accordance with this Policy.
Ji99 may disclose your personal data to Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and the National Privacy Commission), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), courts, or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable Philippine law, a valid court order, or lawful regulatory directive. Ji99 will notify you of such disclosures where permitted by law to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of ji99's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and the successor's privacy practices in accordance with NPC requirements.
8.1 Some of ji99's third-party service providers, including game technology providers and cloud infrastructure partners, may be located or process data in jurisdictions outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, ji99 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable NPC circulars.
8.2 Safeguards for international data transfers may include: contractual arrangements imposing data protection obligations on the receiving party equivalent to those required under Philippine law; transfer to jurisdictions recognized by the NPC as providing adequate data protection; or other appropriate transfer mechanisms as recognized by the NPC from time to time.
8.3 You may request information about the specific international transfers applicable to your data and the safeguards in place by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the details in Section 16.
9.1 Ji99 retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:
9.2 Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data will be securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed in a manner that prevents reconstruction or unauthorized access.
10.1 The ji99 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, enable Platform functionality, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant promotional content. The following cookie categories are used:
10.2 You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the functionality of the ji99 Platform. 11.1 Ji99 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
11.2 Notwithstanding the security measures described above, no data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure. Ji99 cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal data. You play an important role in protecting your own data by maintaining the security of your Account credentials and enabling two-factor authentication.
11.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to pose a real risk of harm to Data Subjects, ji99 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Data Subjects without undue delay as required by NPC Circular 16-03.

You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed by ji99 — the purposes of processing, the data shared, and your rights as a Data Subject. This Policy fulfils that obligation.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data ji99 holds about you, including information about the processing purposes, legal bases, and any third parties to whom your data has been disclosed.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading personal data ji99 holds about you. Some corrections may require submission of supporting documentation for verification.
You have the right to request deletion or blocking of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the original collection purpose, where consent has been withdrawn, or where the processing was unlawful — subject to ji99's legal retention obligations.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests grounds where you have compelling legitimate grounds relating to your particular situation.
Where technically feasible and where processing is based on contract or consent, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
You have the right to claim compensation for damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data by ji99, subject to applicable Philippine law.
If you believe ji99 has violated your data privacy rights, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact our DPO first to attempt resolution before escalating to the NPC.
12.1 To exercise any of the rights described in this Section, please submit a written request to ji99's Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Rights Request." Ji99 will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a valid and properly documented request, in accordance with NPC requirements.
13.1 Ji99 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the Account registration and KYC processes to enforce this restriction.
13.2 If ji99 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the affected Account will be suspended immediately, all data associated with the minor's Account will be securely deleted to the extent not required for legal compliance purposes, and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

14.1 The ji99 Platform may from time to time contain references or links to third-party websites or services, including payment providers, game providers' promotional pages, or regulatory information pages. This Policy applies solely to personal data processed by ji99 in connection with the ji99 Platform.
14.2 Ji99 is not responsible for the privacy practices, data security measures, or content of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your use of the ji99 Platform, particularly payment providers such as GCash and Maya, whose data processing activities are governed by their own respective privacy policies.
15.1 Ji99 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. The current version of this Policy is identified by the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page.
15.2 Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players through in-Platform notifications and/or email to the registered address on file, providing reasonable advance notice of the effective date of the changes.
15.3 Your continued use of the ji99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. Where amended processing requires new consent, ji99 will obtain such consent before commencing the new processing activity.

All data transmitted between your device and ji99 is encrypted using TLS. Your KYC documents, financial details, and GCash-linked data are stored in encrypted form. We don't cut corners on encryption infrastructure.
