These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ji99 platform at ji99.asia, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or any equivalent registration or confirmation button on the ji99 Platform, and by subsequently accessing or using any part of the Platform's services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Operator and expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
2.2 If you register an Account on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement. 2.4 Ji99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be provided through reasonable means, including but not limited to publication on the Platform, email notification, or in-account alerts. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 To be eligible to register an Account and use the ji99 Platform, you must:

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all Players are required to provide documentary evidence of age and identity before large withdrawals are processed or at any time the Operator reasonably requests verification. Accepted documents include government-issued IDs recognized in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Philippine passports, SSS cards, PhilSys (national ID), driver's licenses, and PRC IDs.
3.3 Ji99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this Section, pending completion of the KYC verification process. Any winnings accrued in breach of this Section 3 may be voided and the Account balance returned to the extent of verified legitimate deposits only.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the ji99 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
4.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any changes.
4.3 Ji99 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information provided. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.4 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account or any rights associated with your Account to any third party.
4.5 Ji99 does not permit the registration or use of Accounts by persons acting on behalf of another person, whether as agents, representatives, or trustees. All wagering activity must be conducted by the registered Account holder personally.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Ji99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts as an additional security measure.
5.2 You agree not to disclose your Account credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your Account. Ji99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account, you must notify ji99 support immediately at [email protected]. Ji99 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
5.4 Ji99 representatives will never request your full Account password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from ji99 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Ji99 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash payment, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Ji99 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must be made from a payment account held in the registered Player's own name.
Ji99 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within one (1) to four (4) business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes subject to network confirmation times.
Full KYC identity verification is required before processing any single withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000, or for any Account where the cumulative withdrawals exceed ₱100,000 in any thirty-day period. Ji99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to withhold withdrawal processing pending successful verification.
Ji99 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, or cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own transaction fees for which ji99 bears no responsibility.
7.1 Ji99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP-tier rewards. The availability, terms, and conditions of each individual promotion are set out in the specific promotional materials published on the ji99 Platform.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ji99 promotional offers:
7.3 Ji99's six-tier VIP Program ("Bronze," "Silver," "Gold," "Platinum," "Diamond," and "Elite") operates on the basis of verified monthly wagering volume. VIP tier qualification thresholds, cashback rates, and associated benefits are published in the VIP Program terms and are subject to modification at ji99's discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.
8.1 All games available on the ji99 Platform are governed by specific game rules published within each individual game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
8.2 All slot and RNG-based table games on the ji99 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by recognized testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, or Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). 8.3 Ji99 shall not be liable for any wager placed in error by a Player, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect game selection, or wagers placed on malfunctioning games. In the event of a game malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a wager, ji99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.

8.5 Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play and the dealing procedures of the respective game provider. In cases of dispute regarding live dealer outcomes, the recorded video feed of the relevant game round shall be the primary evidence relied upon in any investigation.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ji99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, for which ji99 reserves all available remedies including immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances:

10.2 Ji99 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years as required under Philippine regulations. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be returned to the verified depositor to the extent possible. 11.1 All content on the ji99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, user interfaces, and the overall design and compilation thereof ("Platform Content"), is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content.
11.3 The ji99 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Operator. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Operator.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
12.2 Ji99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. Ji99 will use reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions and to provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
12.3 Ji99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made to your Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude ji99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Ji99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ji99 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.3 Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14.
14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ji99 Platform, you agree to first contact ji99 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Ji99 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days of receiving your written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described in Section 14.2, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution.
14.4 For gaming-related disputes specifically (e.g., contested game outcomes), the Operator's decision based on the available game records and server data shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
15.1 Ji99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is indicated at the top of this document. Ji99 will provide reasonable notice of material changes through in-Platform notifications, email alerts, or prominent notice on the homepage.
15.2 Your continued use of the ji99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact ji99 support to close your Account.
